The spacious rooms are well-furnished, with comfortable beds and luxurious bathrooms. The breakfast served is generous and delicious, with a wide range of options. The hotel's wellness area is a highlight, offering a range of sauna options, fitness equipment, and a beautiful pool.

One minor drawback is that the hotel does not offer any activities or programs for children.

Spent Christmas in a cozy hotel with friendly staff. Food was excellent, big variety of fresh ingredients for breakfast, buffet style with fruits, cheeses, meats, eggs. The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to ski areas and walking trails. We enjoyed the comfortable rooms and the great selection of fine wines.

The hotel lacked some evening entertainment options, and there weren't many activities to do outside of skiing. parking was a bit of a hassle.

Great ski location and shuttle service to slopes. Lovely breakfast spread with meats, cheese, eggs, fruit, and bread. , tea, coffee, and soup available throughout the day. Nice pool and spa area with views of the mountains.

Rooms lacked information about amenities and required us to find them on our own. Staff was sometimes unhelpful and seemed disinterested in our needs.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, with various slopes of the Amade area, the lovely Gasteiner valley, and the ski lift just a stone's throw away. The room amenities were excellent, including a comfortable sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The hotel's spa and wellness center was a true haven, with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services. We enjoyed lounging on the sun terrace, taking advantage of the heated swimming pool and relaxing on the sun loungers. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They provided excellent service, from room service to organizing tours and offering helpful recommendations for activities in the area. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.
